9x Sequential R1 Notes with defects

On the reverse take note of the roller ink stains on the top borders -
Interesting fact in that this was the first issue that the printing process on the reverse of the R1 notes changed from Litho & Intaglio printing to Litho ONLY -
Is this a sign of this change over, illustrating the inexperiance of the printer through his uncleaned rollers mistakenly transfering ink after final colour print? 

These Notes are in an Extremely Fine Grade - preserved Immaculately!
