De Ontdekkingsreis van Jacob Le Maire en Willem Cornelisz. Schouten in de Jaren 1615-1617 Journalen, Documenten en Andere Bescheiden. Two volumes, parts 1 and 2, complete. Hardcovers published 1945 by 'S-Gravenhage Martinus Nijhoff, no jacket. A volume of the "Werken Uitgegeven door De Linschoten-Vereeniging XLIX" (being volume 49 of the series of 118 volumes published, the last in 2019), "Uitgegeven en Toegelicht door W.A. Engelbrecht en Dr. P.J. Van Herwerden". Each volume in similar condition to the other. The boards are clean and square, with some very light wear to extremities.The pages are crisp, clean and unmarked. Both title pages and several other pairs of pages throughout both volumes are unopened. The five fold-out maps in the rear of part 1, and the one fold-out and two removable maps in a cloth restrainer at the end of part 2 are present and intact.
