A superb delftware bowl made by De Porceleyne Fles in 1971 (date code: cp) as a souvenir of the fishing village Marken. The back has two holes and wire so that it can be hung on the wall. No chips or cracks. Size: 159 x 143 x 33 mm.
De Porceleyne Fles, founded in 1653, is the oldest surviving Dutch ceramics manufacturer.
