Soos die subtitel "De herinnering van den Boeren-Generaal C.R. de Wet" aandui, is die teks in Hollands.
Die binnekante van die buiteblaaie en die skutblaaie het verbruin. Die binding tussen die titelblad en die teenoorstaande blad (met skets van De Wet), is gedeeltelik sigbaar. Tussen bladsy een en tweede titelblad is die binding ook los gekraak. Sien asb foto's vir toestand. Op die eerste titelblad is die naam en adres van die vorige eienaar, met datum. Binne is die boek mooi skoon.
'n Goeie kopie om 'n boekery oor die ABO mee aan te vul.
