.38 Smith and Wesson Victory model used during WW2 by Commonwealth Forces as there was a shortage of Webleys. It is fully deactived. Each chamber in the cylinder is drilled, the barrel is plugged and drilled. This is a bit of movement in the action, but the hammer doesn't go back and it doesn't cycle.
