ABOUT the Artwork:
This artwork is a symbol of virtual manipulation via the worldwide web, as well as
a comment on the growing obsolescence of true creativity - the tenacious nature
of technology and how it distributes interchangeable versions of reality and illusion,
of fake (deep fake) and real (hyper-real), and of control versus enslavement.
(The sculpture is comprised of numerous materials such as plastic, wood, metal,
brass, shark teeth, fossil (Trilobite), baboon inciser, bone, boar tusks and more.
Finally the sculpture is covered in layers (8-10) of resin and lacquer to
ensure that it last a lifetime. A glass dome for the sculpture can be
