A second edition with considerable additions 2 volume set in presentation box published by J Andrews of London in 1827
Grey card covers with black writing to the front & back covers & spine, Spines are cracked but holding with some paper loss as per pics, bindings are fairly tight & strong, but front cover of vol 1 is holding on by one thread & first few pages are loosely held, Vol 2 is tightly bound and in better solid state, all the copper plate drawings are in place behind tissue gards, the set comes in a specially constructed green box with gold writing on the side, the lid has come apart but it can easily be repaired as to vol 1 binding issue
There are no marks or inscriptions albiet a previous owners bookplate that is on the back of the front covers.
Havnt seen the box set listed but the volumes are selling in excess of US$200, this set had been hiding on a farm in the Limpopo for the past 100 years +
