Absolutely incredible with  one genuine 5.00 mm round cut sky blue topaz , 2 pieces of 4.00 mm round cut sky blue topaz and 6 pieces of 2.00 mm round cut sky blue topaz, total carat  weight _ + 2.18 ct. sky blue  color, very good lustre and the work is just amazing. 

              The ring is a size " N "or number 7. The mount is a fancy piece of lace work. Prongs are in very good condition and the stones is secure. Top of the ring measures 23.00 x 17.00 mm.The ring weight 3.45 grams.
