The document is far too big to scan as it measures 500mm x 315mm approx.   The heading reads -

"In the Name and on behalf of His Majesty EDWARD THe SEVENTH, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland and of the British Dominions beyond the Seas King, Defender of the Faith, Emperor of India."

It is a transfer of Crown Lands "... in the Division of Willowmore Field Cornetry of Henley, called Lot No.3, adjoining 'Roode Krans" containing One thousand eight hundred and eighty two morgen and two hundred and ninety one square roods."

The Deed is 8 pages and dated 23rd April, 1906.   At the bottom on the front page is a circular embossed seal with the words "Edward VII D.G. Britt. ET Terrarum Transmar Ove in Di Sunt Britt. REx. F.D. Ind. Imp.  Cape Colony."

The document is folded in half.
