THE " ULTIMATE CAR COLLECTION SERIES " WAS LAUNCHED BY DEL PRADO IN 1999 WITH A TOTAL OF 70 MODELS. IN MY HUMBLE OPINION , THE QUALITY AND DETAIL WAS REASONABLY GOOD BUT NOT QUITE AS GOOD AS THE EXCELLENT QUALITY OF THE CORGI'S AND DINKY'S THAT WERE MADE IN THE EARLY 60'S , 70'S AND EARLY TO MID 80'S IN GREAT BRITAIN. THESE DEL PRADO'S WERE MADE IN CHINA.
THIS STUNNING DEL PRADO 1966 OLDSMOBILE TORONADO WOULD MAKE A GREAT ADDITION TO THE BUDGET CONSCIOUS COLLECTOR'S COLLECTION !!!
THIS STUNNING DEL PRADO 1966 OLDSMOBILE TORONADO IS IN MINT CONDITION AND IS SUPPLIED WITH THE DISPLAY BASE BUT WITHOUT THE MAGAZINE AND BLISTER PACK. WHEN THE SERIES WAS ORIGINALLY LAUNCHED IN 1999, THE NEW MODEL WAS SOLD IN A BLISTER PACK COMPLETE WITH A DISPLAY BASE AND A MAGAZINE COVERING THE HISTORY AND TECHNICAL DETAILS OF THE MODEL .
