Warranty Information
Return to me policy - if hardware is faulty you accept charges to ship said item to me and if said fault is not buyer inflicted i will cover costs to send back to you.
Please note that any tampering in ANY sense will result in the warranty being voided. NO EXCEPTIONS. This includes opening the machine in anyway, or fiddling with any screws.
Warranty covers hardware failure only. We cannot monitor what software you load nor how you load it therefore any malfunction related to software is NOT covered in anyway.
If a machine is found to be in a state of abuse after it is returned no warranty will be validated.
Please note that on receiving a machine we will check it thoroughly and only if it is deemed that the warranty is still intact will repairs be carried out.
All units are thoroughly checked and tested before they are sent out, laptops are sensitive items and smacking the keyboard or screen when you losing your favourite race causing keys to pop out or the screen to go blank also voids the warranty (Even though losing is so frustrating :-) )
The Hardware warranty is only valid for internal hardware faults,None of the following items will be covered IE,Batteries,Keyboards,Clips,Any external damage to LCD's,Hinges,Covers,Housings,CD/DvD Roms,Chargers,Damage to the trackpad, any buttons or switches will not be covered by our warranty.
