Current Condition:
Power Issue: The laptop currently does not power on. No fans spinning and no indicator lights.
History: Immediately after the power outage, it briefly showed a flashing Caps Lock diagnostic code, but it has since gone completely dead.
Charger: Includes a 45W Dell charger, though it stays cold when plugged in and may have been damaged during the surge.The charger may be the issue im not certain as I don't have another charger to test it.
