DELL  inspirion 3552 CELERON (R) CPU N3060 @ 1.6GHz

The laptop powers on but can't read the HDD,meaning it can't run operating system.

The battery performs fine as confirmed by bios. See pics for confirmation.

When pressing the keys on the keyboard there is a ticking sound per press.

The overall physical condition of the laptop can be seen on attached pictures.

The problem started after trying to change the hard drive ... maybe maybe the hard drive cable is damaged, not sure though that's a speculation.
