Laptop was bought from someone and I barely used it, due to change of position at work. 

Model & Processor: Dell laptop with Intel Core i3-7020U, 7th Gen

Speed: 2.30 GHz good for basic tasks like browsing, email, and Office apps

Memory (RAM): 4GB RAM works for light use, but upgrading to 8GB would improve performance

Storage: 125GB SSD faster than a hard drive, but limited space (you may want external storage for big files)

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro installed supports business features and updates

Condition: Used, but in good condition and barely used

Charger: Included uses a 2-point plug (standard in many parts of SA)

Use Case Fit: Ideal for office work, internet, and study; not suited for design or gaming work
