Dell Latitude 3540 | Parts or Repair

Few things to note about this machine:

Per the photos, it runs, but the display is blue and has a line on the left side. The display worked fine a few days ago, I guess that the ribbon needs to be reseated, but I cannot guarantee that it will solve the problem.

The machine's keyboard is missing two buttons: F6 and PG DN. I have the PG DN button, will include it in the package. If you can figure out how to install it, your win.

The HDD and RAM per the photo will not be included. The HDD is faulty and have been removed and I am keeping the memory for another machine. The outer shell is worn and an error message comes up at bootup that says the battery failed permanently. I will include an OEM power supply and clover leaf cable with the order. 

Although the machine still runs with memory and a drive installed, note that the machine is sold AS SPARES. Please do not bid if you do not agree with this.

Anyone with the skills and patience to source the required parts might be able to fix the machine up - it's just taking up space and I'd like to get rid of it.

Please do not ask for more photos. The machine is old, the description is clear but it's still a steal at the price. Parts alone could be sold for more than I'm auctioning it off for.
