This Machine keeps saying windows loading when trying to load operating system - then fails . im told its the hard drive .. but Laptop is sold as is . - non working . no duty to repair or fix.

still looks good - just missing cover for the hard drive at bottom and does not have charger as im using somone elses charger .

GETS STUCK ON WINDOWS while installing .
