Dell Latitude c640 P4 laptop, no reserve

Dell Latitude C640 Pentium 4 laptop. 1.6GHz, 256MB RAM, 20GB hard drive, CD-Writer, 14' screen, Windows XP, LAN/modem. The laptop has some minor scratches on the outside plastic cover, but the overall condition is, in my opinion, pretty good. The battery has not been properly tested. I charged it up to 12% and it lasted 7 minutes. Charger is included.
