Sent wrong power supply. Will not resolve. Also no windows 10. Had a previous companies install of something.

I tried installing Ubuntu on the computer. It kept rebooting and I got nowhere. Read on the internet that incorrect power delivery can cause it to reboot. I checked the provided power adapter that came with the computer and it was rated at 12V 1A where the computer required 5V 3A. Incorrect power adapter provided by the seller.
