Tale 7 blue kyanite crystals . Make sure they are cleansed and ready to engage In this crystal body layout.
Prepare the room with an incense of your choice. Play gentle music.
Close your eyes and practice deep relaxing breathe work.
Now ask your pendulum the following question :
Is my root chakra closed? Yes or no? Keep your mind very neutral.
Is my root chakra too open ? Ye or no.
Is my root chakra balanced? Yes or No ?
Record the answer . Repeat these question throughout your 7 chakra systems. Record each answer.
Now lie down and place one blue kyanite crystal on each chakra. Lie like this for at least 15 minutes. Simply relax and breath and let the crystal do its healing work.
Once the crystal healing is complete - repeat your questions based on each of the chakras. see if they have rebalanced - or need more healing. You should find a change in the answers.
