These Nordic Walking poles are perfectly suitable for trekking and hiking. Because of the sticklenght, which is stepless variable from 67 cm till 138 cm the poles can be customised individually for every hiker. The hiking poles are made of extra lightweight, high-strength aluminium and have a shiftable shock-absorbence-system. The handles with cork-insert are designed on ergonomic principles and are offering an optimal grip.
