1.Prepare a hot water 50°C~70°C, and put it into de water for 5-15 second. Then take it out when it become soften.
2.Put the whitening gel evenly squeeze teeth whitening trays, and wear the teeth whitening trays wearing.
3.Drying the water, then put the denture on a top of teeth, use your fingers to press down the tray which on the top,
then the upper and lower teeth bite together(At the same time put the tongue pressed against the top of the mouth,
suck out the excess water and air into the denture, be careful not to broken the mouth Remouldable trays). Then,
maintain for 15 seconds to make sure the Remouldable trays is stereotypes. The lower teeth do as aboves.
4.Place the laser light into the mouth and turn it on. Focus on the teeth for 10 minutes.Next take it off,
After 5 minutes, brush teeth again.
