What creams should I use.

Dermarolling is likely to dry the skin, hence the need to use some sort of moisturizer. It should be noted that rolling reduces your skins tolerance to the suns harmful rays for at least 24 hours after rolling so take sensible precautions with regards sun screen/covering up/staying out of strong sunlight.
