Disinfect the Roller: Before every use, soak the roller head in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 5-10 minutes. Let it air dry completely.
Clean Your Skin: Thoroughly cleanse your face and neck. Your skin must be perfectly clean and dry. Never roll over active acne, open wounds, eczema, or active irritation.
Pressure: Use moderate, steady pressure. Since this is a deeper treatment, you may feel more sensation, and a slight pinpoint bleeding is possible but not necessary. Do not press excessively hard to avoid skin tearing.
Divide and Conquer: Imagine your face is divided into sections (forehead, left cheek, right cheek, chin, etc.).
Roll in a Grid: In each section, roll the device 6-8 times in one direction, lifting the roller after each pass (do not drag/change direction while still on the skin).
