This device is perfect for anyone needing a PC on a budget. It will handle all the basic computing tasks (data storage, numeric processing, data output, internet browsing etc), and even comes running windows 7 Pro! We would recommend it for any startup business looking for something affordable, or for any tech educators looking for something affordable to run the basics. 
It comes with a power cable. 
The tower itself is a little bit dented in some places (see photos), but we have tested the internals and everything is in good working order. At this price you can't go wrong!
