PLEASE NOTE: We will be closing from the 14th of December. All items payed before 09h00 on Friday the 14th will still be posted by the 15th of December. Any items payed after this date will only be sent the 1st week of January due to the December Holidays.

Please be advised that we have one allocated parceling day each week. This falls on a Thursday. Tracking Numbers will be sent via the Bid or Buy System for reference as soon as the parcel is delivered to the post office. To package parcels and get it sent could take up to seven working days depending on when payment reflects. If you urgently need a parcel do not hesitate to give us a call or send an email.

We will not take responsibility for breakages that occur when parcels are sent via the South African Post office, we will however look at this in extreme cases.
