East German NVA (National People's Army) enlisted man's cap badge, also known as a "Kokarde". 

This badge features the East German military arms in the center, encircled by oak leaves, symbolizing strength and valor. 

It was worn by enlisted ranks of various East German forces, including the Army, Police branches (Regular, Transport, Riot, Prison), Border Guards, and the STASI. 

COMES ALSO WITH ORIGINAL vintage East German sleeve patch insignia, specifically a "Fähnrich" (Warrant Officer) rank insignia from the National People's Army (NVA) of the German Democratic Republic (DDR).
