I need some help from those more knowlegeable than me as to the purpose of this item.  I have a

suspicion it is used as a respiratory aid but if someone would enlighten the visitors and I, I would

be grateful.  The rubber on the bulb has perished but not to a degree that it is disintegrating.  It has a

valve on the side opposite to the glass and the neck at the glass has the most ageing damage.  It

being glass, I will pack it as carefully as I can......but ugh....

Postage and packaging on this article will be R25 within South Africa.  It will be shipped via SAPO as econoparcel with tracking unless

buyer requires another delivery, in which case we can negotiate before the sale.

I cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage via SAPO.  I will however under buyers instruction, insure the parcel

and of course give a tracking number.
