This very pretty vintage piece features a central round cut diamond, surrounded by 5 round cut diamonds, and a single cubic zirconia. I always have the vintage diamond rings checked by an independent jeweller, which is how we discovered that one of the surrounding stones is a cubic zirconia. It looks exactly like the diamonds and has an excellent cut and clarity - you cannot see which one is a cubic zirconia at all! However, the certification process revealed the stone - I suspect it was to replace a missing stone during its previous lifetime. The real diamonds total 0,24ct, with colour K-L and clarity SI2 -I3. The stones are very light and bright. The ring has a good size ring head - 8mm x 9mm -  extending 4mm above the finger. It weighs 1,94 grams. The ring comes with the official authentication and evaluation "certificate for insurance purposes" from an independent jeweller with a value of R12'800. The single cubic zironcia is taken into account and stated. It is a very pretty piece.
