Here we have a Diamond Cartridge Stylus.

The model is unknown. It was loose with many others, so I honestly don't know if new and out of packaging or used, looks pretty new. Hope the pictures can help.

Providence - Inherited from a relative whose hobby was working on and restoring old amps and turntables.
