Hard cover, 8vo, 254 pages.

Condition: very good - this copy has been re-bound, original red linen boards, with a new spine and endpapers; some evidence of previous worming at top of both endpaper sections, however the contents are 99% clean and bright with very minimal foxing. Maps and photographs included. The page edges have been trimmed. A very good copy for reference purposes.
