A very interesting book about the history of various schools in the Transvaal Province, with many B&W photos and 22 charming illustrations by the esteemed SA artist, Walter Battiss (see photos for 2 examples).  The outer softcover shows its age and has come loose from the binding in places but the inner pages are in good condition.  More photos available on request.

Signed by author, A.K. Bot and inscribed to Mrs T. Blok.  Thomas Blok was an eminent figure in the OFS education, and Blok Street in Bloemfontein is named after him.
