Shaun50 shipped me the wrong item........, now, after 4 months I STILL have the wrong item. I gave him a neutral rating to get a responce, and he then gives me (the BUYER, who was supplied with the wrong item), a neutral rating in return (REVENGE)! Is this the way things are done on BoB???? I am now changing my rating to NEGATIVE untill this has been sorted out! Why should MY rating look bad when the SELLER made the mistake?? Updated - Yes, you phoned, but I STILL have the wrong item!!
