Type C is suitable for testing the hardness of microporous materials for shoes made with a combination of rubber and plastic when the compression is 50% and the stress is above 0.049MPa. The plastic contains foaming agent.
Features:
Type A is suitable for general rubber, synthetic rubber, soft rubber, polycarbonate, leather, wax, etc. Type C is suitable for microporous materials made of crispy and crisp, plastic containing foaming agent Type D is suitable for general hard rubber, resin, acrylic, glass, thermoplastic rubber, printing plate, fiber, etc.

Instructions: Place the sample on a solid surface and hold the hardness tester. The indenter should be at least 12mm away from the edge of the sample. Press the indenter firmly on the sample and press the indenter vertically into the sample until the indenter is completely Reading within 1S upon contact. Test the hardness value 5 times at different positions with a distance of at least 6mm between the measuring points, and take the average value (the distance between the measuring points of the microporous material is at least 15mm). In order to stabilize the test conditions and improve the accuracy of the test, the hardness tester should be installed on the measuring rack of the same model produced in the supporting production.
