[ZERO]: On/Off switch(press for 2 seconds to turn off)
[UNIT]: Press to switch between weighing and temperature functions; Toggle between lbs. and kg units of measure.
Weighing Your Luggage
Press [ZERO] to power on the scale.
When the display indicates zero, press [UNIT] to select unit of weight measure.
Insert the strap with the hook through the luggage handle and secure the hook onto the triangular ring.
Lift the scale (attached to luggage handle) gently and avoid swaying (using two hands is recommended when weighing heavy cases).
The scale should remain horizontal and balanced.
After a few seconds, the scale will lock in the weight reading and alert you by a single flash of the display and an audible beep.
Scale will remember the weight reading for 1 minute and then automatically turn off.
To re-weigh when weight reading is locked, press [ZERO] to reset LCD display to zero and repeat step 4 .
Scale will automatically switch off if idle for more than 1 minute.
Care & Maintenance
During travel, store the scale in the enclosed travel pouch to avoid switch it on accidentally and consuming battery power.
Do not weigh objects heavier than 110 lbs.(50KG.) or place stress on the triangular ring for extended period of time .
To ensure accuracy, do not use the scale near a strong magnetic object or field'
Clean the scale with a slightly damp cloth, never immerse the scale in water or use harsh chemicals or cleaning agents.
Keep the scale away from babies and small children - the enclosed lithium battery is a chocking hazard.
Tare Function
Used when you need to determine the net weight of items in your suitcase, luggage, bag or container.
Press [ZERO] to power on the scale, The display will be back to zero.
Weigh your empty suitcase by following the instructions in :Weighing Your Luggage".
When the weight has locked, press the [ZERO] button to track to zero.
The symbol "T" will appear in the display.
Place the item(s) into the empty suitcase.
Now re-weigh the suitcase with the item(s) inside. The display will indicate the net weight of the item(s) excluding the weight of the empty suitcase.
