This digital PH meter package includes:

• One meter device with 4 batteries (AG13/LR44).
• One screw driver-for easy calibration.

• Two sachets of PH buffer powder (pH4.01 and pH6.86 ones are default to send, pH9.18 ones available if required)

Remarks:

• ATC, automatic temperature compensation, to revise the error caused by change of temprature.
• The PH meter used to test the PH of the fish pond water shown in the above images is NOT this listed one. The images of PH testing examples show how important it's to test PH of the water in seller's koi ponds.

Importance:

1. The glass electrode is fragile, avoid to be touched or hit, always keep the cap closed while not using, no guarantee for its damage.
2. The device is pre-calibrated by the manufacturer, not necessary to calibrate it before using.
3. The calibration is recommended, after 2 to 3 months if the testing has not be done too often, or the accuracy required.
4. Calibrate the tester with PH 6.86 buffer powder firstly, then the PH 4.01 or PH 9.18 ones. Should the sample to be tested be acidic, the tester can be calibrated with buffer powder of PH 4.01 and 6.86, while it's alkaline, PH 6.86 and 9.18 ones should be used for calibration. Calibration with these three types of buffer powder is recommended if the tester will be used to test the PH of acid and alkaline. Low batteries may cause calibration errors.
5. Maintenance, should the device not be used for a long period, simply test it with the clean water every half month.
6. Sway the  device gently against the tested liquid while testing before the reading is unchanged (sometimes this may take a while), then take the reading.
7.  When replacing the batteries, remove (pull) the battery cap slowly and carefully as there are wires connecting to the cap.
8. The pH of tested liquid should be within pH 0 to 14 and its temperature also in 0 to 50 degree, otherwise the detection bulb may be broken if to test the liquid out of these ranges.
