We are a registered business (2007/252706/23) trading from our own premises in Naboomspruit, as well as through an office in Jackson, Tennessee in the USA.
Our mission
Although we are also photography fanatics, we do not sell photographic equipment as a hobby, or to make a bit of pocket money. In spite of the fact that we trade with the purpose of being a profitable business, our number one priority will always be CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
Warranty issues
Most of the equipment we sell is imported from the USA, and as such, sold with a USA manufacturers' warranty. For an individual this would pose a problem, as sorting out a warranty claim could be a daunting task. Our customers do not have to fear this, as all warranty issues are handled by our South African office on your behalf, via our USA office.
The MACK CAMERA WORLDWIDE EXTENDED WARRANTY
Mack Camera & Video Service was established in 1938, so you can rest assured that your equipment will be protected if it needs service. Our Extended Warranty is designed to give the best total protection for equipment for the life of the warranty.
Mack Camera affords an international customer the ability to utilize any manufacturer authorized service center to repair their unit. Just contact our International Service department for instructions.

Digital slave flash for use with digital or film cameras.
Your Digital Slave Flash will work with cameras that have a built in hot shoe, by connecting this device to the camera’s hot shoe and switching the unit to NORMAL mode. If your camera does not have a built in hot shoe this unit can be used by switching to Slave On mode. This device features four slave modes that allow it to work with cameras that fire their built-in flash instantaneously as well as cameras that have single or multiple flash red-eye reduction systems. Transfer of risk
Coza1Digital remains the owner of the item until it has been collected/delivered, and as such are responsible for loss or damage in transit. If a parcel is collected from the Post Office and you suspect that it is damaged or tampered with,
do not accept delivery and notify Coza1Digital. You will be refunded or a replacement unit in similar condition sent without delay.
Payment
Payment is to be made within 48 hours after confirmation of your order. Payment can be made by direct electronic transfer or cheque deposit. Please use the Bidorbuy order number as reference, and email proof of payment to speed up delivery.
Import tax
Coza1Digital is responsible for all taxes related to the importation of your item/s, as long as the delivery address is in South Africa. If you are in any other country you are responsible for your own import taxes.
