About the product

2. Please Note: This unit is designed to split one signal into two however you can use it in reverse if you are using one source at the same time.

This item may be used with 1 input cable and 2 output cables (as a splitter) or 2 input cables and 1 output cable (as an auto switch) - but please note if you intend to use this item with 2 input cables as a switch then only one device can be outputting a toslink light at any given time for it to work.
