DILL
Dill is a short-lived perennial herb. It grows to 40-60cm with slender stems and alternate, finely divided, softly delicate leaves 10-20cm long.
Dill leaves are used as herbs, its fernlike leaves are aromatic, and are used to flavour many foods. Dill is best used fresh as it loses its flavour rapidly if dried.
