Product details
The bottle is fullly sealed with spring cap and still has the sealed wiring around it. The top label reads " John Haig & Co. Ltd., owning Haig and Haig Ltd., Distillers Markinch, Scotland. The reads "Old Blended Scotch Whisky, Specially Selected and Matured, Purveyors of Scotch Whisky to the Late King George VI" ( Actually it looks more like King Edward VI on the bottle but the print is very small and difficult to see. Bottom label reads" Dimple Scots, John Haig & Co. Ltd., owned by Haig & Haig Ltd., Distilled and Bottled in Scotland. The label on the back reads " Distilled in Scotland and Bottled in the United Kingdom under Government Supervision. The box is complete but scuffed and has marks, and is printed "Haig's Scotch Whiskey, John Haig & Co. Ltd., MArkinch, Scotland on three sides and on the back also has 'Carton made in Scotland". The lid is just printed "Haigs".
The box is 95mm high and x 50mm wide and 45mm deep. Weight is approximately 135grams.
