This is a very rare model - look at the base. It has a border around and the writing is small. I have also added a pic of a standard base which shows the later large lettering so this was genuinely made between 1949 and 1954 when the base was changed to large lettering. The model is in great condition for being 60 years old. it is all original as far as i can see with no touch ups.
