Disney Pixar Volkswagen VW Kombi Lookalike with air Hostess `Fun Car`

This is a Disney fun car that resembles a VW Combi.

Not sure from which show/movie, if any, this originates from.

The model is well play worn so please view the pics.

It's made from die cast and hard plastic. 

I've estimated the scale at 1/48.
