Distinguished Flying Cross, 39-45, Air Crew Europe, France & Germany Stars, Defence, War Medals mini

Distinguished Flying Cross, 1939-45 Star, Air Crew Europe Star, France and Germany Star, Defence Medal and War Medal, miniatures, awarded to Squadron Leader Cyril Walter Collingwood of 149 Squadron Royal Air Force on 23 May 1944.  He qualified for the France and Germany clasp, worn on his Air Crew Europe Star, and should not have worn the miniature France and Germany Star.  He could not find a miniature France and Germany clasp for his Air Crew Europe Star so added the F&G Star instead, group mounted as worn, with scanned newspaper cuttings and Buckingham Palace slip.

Payment must be made within 3 days of the close of the auction. If you are unable to make payment within 3 days then please don't bid.

I ship worldwide and am happy to combine items won into 1 parcel to save on postage.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, items won will be posted the first Wednesday morning after payment has cleared.  Best to pay by Tuesday to avoid any delay in posting.  

The postage price is for Registered mail, let me know if you want your item/s sent by Insured mail and I will work out a quote for you.

The South African Post Office does not insure parcels to all countries and only registers items up to a certain size and weight.  

There is a maximum Insured amount for each country, please check with me if you want to find out the maximum for your country.

If a parcel is lost the Post Office will only pay out for Insured items, but does not cover the postage, just the declared value of the parcel.
