Domain and Website - With huge potential!

I purchased the Burrow script from Agriya that normally sells for $1000 when it was on December 2013 Christmas special for just over $800.
I installed it on a domain I own, but just do not have the time for it at all even through I invested money and time.

What you will be buying:

 - Domain "splero.com" with a legal install of the Agriya script. Domain itself is old and has a long history.
 - All social profiles I started creating and designing for the website, no real following but I did design the covers and create the pages.
 - All artworks and logos I created for the website.

The website is currently hosted on a Godaddy VPS but you can always move it over to your hosting so long as it meets all the scripts rather demanding requirements.
 

The final purchase price does NOT include any transfer and/or hosting costs, the purchaser agrees to the following as the agreed upon delivarable purchase.

1. I will relinquish control of the domain as well as provide access to the hosting account, it would be best that the purchaser ensures that he has ample knowledge with hosting, FTP and an active Godaddy account will ensure that the transfer process can be more smooth.

2. The purchaser has a total of 30 days to move the website over to his/her hosting, should the purchaser wish to retain the current VPS (monthly cost of around R450) with Godaddy then Godaddy would need to assist with the transfer process.

3. The website is sold as is with no warranties or guarantees, the script from Agriya is 100% geniune and I the seller will contact Agriya as to how the script license can be altered and moved of to the purchasers ownership.

Please I beg of you to not bid should you not understand all of the above points as if you do not then you may end up wasting your time as well as mine.
