Donut Premix
Directions: To 1kg of donut premix add 650ml of Cold tap Water. Mix Slowly until the correct consistency is attained, mix for +- 3 Minutes do not over mix. Correct consistency is a smooth sticky paste. Ensure that the donut Iron is on 230 degrees. Scoop Mixture onto the Donut Iron and bake for 3 Minutes. The donut premix is suitable for use in ALL Automatic, semi-automatic and hand-held donut machines, hoppers and donut irons. This premix contains NO Eggs and NO preservatives.
Premix Content: Cake Flour (gluten) Sugar, Salt, baking powder, Soya Flour
