Featuring the highly scratch and abrasion resistant non-stick coating, it provides excellent non-stick properties.
The double baking tray is made of a thick layer of die-cast aluminum with a non-stick coating, reinforced with lava stone and ceramic microparticles. The combination of materials ensures maximum performance in the kitchen: extremely resistant to abrasion and scratches, extremely effective coating to prevent food from sticking.

This double heating plate can be used on both sides (double-sided). The grilled side is ideal for grilling meats and fish, kebabs, hamburgers, sausages, steak, salmon, prawns, grilled vegetables, peppers, aubergines, courgettes, mushrooms, artichokes, toast, sprigs and more.
On the other hand, the smooth side is designed to work as a griddle ideal for making pancakes, pancakes, flatbread, eggs, cheese, or even for melting sugar (caramel) or just for garnish pies, profiteroles, panettone and fruit. All this without adding oil, butter or fat for healthy, clean and low calorie cooking. When using the double griddle for the first time, you must carry out an important operation of oxygenating the ceramic coated terracotta.
Heat the pan over high heat for 3-4 minutes, add a drop of water and if the water evaporates immediately, lower the heat, add a drop of oil and clean the base, then start cooking.
This operation must be carried out on both sides of the pan only during the first use. Another important feature of this double griddle griddle is the handle.
In addition to being removable, the heating plate becomes a base that can be used in the oven.
It is also reversible and must be turned according to the desired use (grilled or smooth surface), therefore always upwards.
For normal cleaning, wash and wipe with dish soap and a sponge.
