Built to last! Sturdy double storey house. Wood framing 3 ply walls & masonite roof. The house has been built in 2 wings that hinge together for ease of closing and storing. There are 6 rooms. 1 lounge 1 dining room 2 bedrooms 1 kitchen 1 bathroom

The house has lights in all the rooms and on the porches. Powered by 2 1.5volt batteries for each wing. These are in the roof. A removable panel allows access.

The furniture and dolls are original of the same period.An inventory of the furniture and dolls follows:

Lounge: 4 piece lounge suite. coffee table, tray with teapot etc. bird cage on stand, display cabinet. fireplace, tea trolley, rocking chair, umbrella stand.
