All DW models from 100W to 5000W inclusive are fitted with a Voltage input Switch. Step up or down, input on short leadwith 3 pin SA plug. Select converter model that is rated minimum 40% higher than your appliance. The switch selects either 220v or 110v as mains input. Converter is set at default postion (220v) when used in SA. If switch is on back panel is on 220v ( Factory default setting ) the output on front panel will be 110v AC
