CONVERTS 220V TO 110V, OR 110V TO 220V (AC TO AC) Models available from 100watt up to 5000 watt. Check appliance wattage rating on back of the unit and choose voltage converter that is approx 40% higher or more than the rated wattage of the appliance.. How to choose the correct voltage converter

All Units from 100W (DW100) to 5000W (DW5000S) inclusive are fitted with a Voltage Input Switch.

New shipments : Models from 100watt to 2000 watt have two 110v sockets on panel,  This Switch selects either 220V AC or 110V AC. - If the 220v input voltage is selected and output is 110v , then the rated output wattage is the rated wattage of the converter selected. This the standard configuration when appliance is used in South Africa - If, however, the 110V ac input option and ouput is 220v then the rated output wattage of the converter is reduced by 50%. You would also require the gender of the output and input plugs to be changed accordingly ( using adaptors). This option is chosen normally when a 220v appliance is used in a country where the mains voltage is 110v ac
