Almost equally effective is the rectal intake, depending on the location of your cancer. With a suppository, your body absorbs, 50% to 7-% of the plants' medicine. This is a lot.

Like already mentioned before, bring the CBD oil as close to the cancer source as possible for the best results.

Ther are two ways to insert a suppository, both with different effects and purposes.

Upper rectum.

Lower rectum.

UPPER AND LOWER RECTUM INSERTION

When you insert a suppository in the UPPER RECTUM (deeper), it is absorbed into the first pass metabolism and first passes through the liver, after which it passes through the entire body. The route the cannabinoids take through your body is similar to sublingual submission and also when taken orally.

The cannabinoids pass through the liver, also in this case, you likely experience a "high" in the head in the beginning. Your body, however, does get used to it. Hence, you need to start with small does, and consequently, it will take three to five weeks on average to get to get to the full dosage level.

When you insert a suppository in the LOWER RECTUM (less deep) it is absorbed into the vascular system, bypassing the liver. Because you bypass the liver, most patients do not experience a "high" in the head but only a comfortable body relaxation. This is probably the most considerable advantage of this intake method.

Another benefit is that you can increase dosages faster. You get to the desired dosing level quicker. Especially for last-stage cancer and patients that doctors only give a short time to live, it is essential they get to the full dosage as quickly as possible.

You should bear in mind that the reaction to CBD is different for everybody. And it has little to do with your weight or size. Therefore, one person might get used to it much quicker than the other one, and you need to finetune CBD Oil dosing to yourself.

With Suppositories, most people will begin to notice initial effects within the first 10-15 minutes after insertion. These effects usually last for between 4-8 hours, depending on the individual's physiology and tolerance to CBD. This swift uptake time and how psycho-activity allows for acute dosing in most cases, although this depends both on the situation and on individual needs.

PROBLEM SHOOTINg.

There are several issues that can slow absorption the blood stream, Diarrhea or going to the toilet soon after doing and impacted fecal matter can slow or prevent the active ingredients from reaching the rectal wall and being absorbed. Tumors or cysts on the rectal wall can also slow or prevent absorption. In this case, less medicine would reach the blood, but as the tumors are the intended target of suppository, the direct delivery of the actives would help prevent an overall reduction in efficacy. Finally, dehydration can reduce the effectiveness of suppositories. Staying well hydrated by maintaining a healthy consumption of both water and electrolytes should prevent this in most cases.
