Syn^®-Coll (Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5)
With the discovery of the bioactive peptide Syn^®-Coll, an effective ingredient was found to fight the decreasing collagen regeneration of the skin. The collagen fibers are the supportive matrix of the skin and the most important element to ensure the elasticity and firmness of facial contours. In a clinical study, 60 volunteers showed a 36% reduction of the depth of wrinkles within 6 weeks.

Syn^®-Hycan (Tetradecyl Aminobutyroylvalyl-aminobutyric Urea Trifluoroacetate)
Developing the bioactive tripeptide Syn^®-Hycan, Pentapharm created an ingredient that stimulates the regeneration of hyaluronic acid in the skin. In 2010 Syn^®-Hycan received the European BSB-Innovation Award. In a 6-week study higher skin elasticity of an average of 17% was noticed.
